In our last episode, thanks to a strange twist of fate and an unprecedented quantum paradoxical phenomenon, our heroes the Flutterbyes find themselves trapped in the year 1954. Now, their only chance to get back to the future lies in the hands of their friend Gabe, the soon-to-be-famous meteorite rocketing towards them and their stoner bandmate Claire, who just happens to be a world-renowned expert on time travel. It’s our concluding chapter Episode Four - There’s No Place Like Buzzard’s Roost.
A FALLING STAR AT BUZZARD'S ROOST is a full length musical in four episodes with hilarious commercials and original music by The Flutterbyes. The show was workshopped to SRO audiences at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, developed and recorded during the Covid Lockdown and stars a diverse cast including comedy greats Dave Foley (Kids In the Hall, Fargo), Gary Anthony Williams (Boondocks, Reno 911); Broadway's Maureen Davis (original cast of Into the Woods) and Kacee Clanton (Janis Joplin on Broadway) as well rock goddess Roni Lee (singer/guitarist Venus & the Razor Blades and gold record winner with The Runaways).
